About Faye

Over the last 12 years, Faye’s worked with, scaled, and invested in 250+ companies that have raised from leading investors, such as Andreessen Horowitz, QED, Lerer Hippeau, Bessemer, Serena, and so many more.

Faye started her career as a founding team member of a bootstrapped startup, helping them scale from 10 to 150 employees and reaching profitability in 2 years. Since then she’s founded 2x companies (and 1 nonprofit!), received an MBA from the University of Toronto, led business development for an exited VC-backed B2B SaaS startup, and scaled operations for a venture capital firm taking them from $25M to $100M in AUM while simultaneously supporting all their portfolio companies with their operational needs as they scaled.

Over the last year, Faye’s operated as a fractional COO for a number of scaling startups and VCs. She’s helped these companies overcome operational hurdles, drive team performance, increase revenue, and successfully make it to the next stage in their journey which ranges from securing another fundraising round, reaching profitability, or hiring a full-time COO.
