Over the past 12 years, Faye has dedicated herself to transforming high-growth companies through strategic performance management and operational excellence. With a portfolio spanning 250+ companies backed by renowned investors including Andreessen Horowitz, QED, Lerer Hippeau, Bessemer, and Serena Ventures, Faye brings a wealth of experience in scaling and optimizing organizational effectiveness.

Faye’s journey began as a founding team member of a startup, scaling it from 10 to 150 employees and achieving profitability within 2 years. She has since founded two companies and a nonprofit, earned an MBA from the University of Toronto, led business development for a successful VC-backed B2B SaaS startup, and scaled operations for a venture capital firm, increasing assets under management from $25M to $100M.
